Steve Jobs repacked the personal computer, revolutionized the cell phone market, essentially invented the tablet computer and reshaped a generation. While overseeing Apple, Steve made ease-of-use a motto for invention and perfection, leaving competitors in Apple’s wake as they tried, and failed, to catch up.
With each passing year, it seems Steve unveiled something new and mind blowing, raising the bar higher and higher with each Apple expo, and while many of these products focused on hand-held portability, their impact around the world was larger then life. The simple implementation of the Apple iStore created droves of new designers and developers, harnessing and improving new technologies, functionality and interfaces, speeding the production of the technological world to a point never before reached by human kind.
The ripple effect of Steve Job’s ingenuity is incalculable. His impact seems greatest at this moment in time, as the iPod gave way to the iPhone gave way to the iPad, creating a global industry of Apple verse the competition on each and every platform, however Steve’s true mite will only be measured in years to come as the wheels he set in motion roll into the world of tomorrow.
Thank you, Steve.
